1 Lightly coat an unheated large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

2 Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until onion is crisp-tender.

3 Stir in curry powder; cook for 1 minute more. Add the water and couscous to skillet; bring to boiling.

4 Stir in chicken, peas, sweet pepper, mayonnaise, and chutney; return to boiling. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
