White bread made with whole grain is a newcomer to the bread aisle. It marries white bread's taste and texture with the vitamins and minerals found in whole wheat bread. Look for selections that provide 8 to 16 grams (g) of whole grain per serving. Your goal should be three servings daily of foods made with whole grain, amounting to at least 48 g of whole grain.
