I voted for Cookies!!  They are a major weekness, because I can keep eating them and lose track of how many I have eaten!!  Just as bad, for me, is a creammy dip of any kind.  I load my veggies and/or my chips with them when i am having or attending a party!

I saw someone on TV share a good strategy for this problem.  I think she said it was called "The Power of 3."  Allow yourself to have 3 hors d'vors and 3 cookies (or the equivalent thereof).  I think I am missing some of it though.  Does anyone else remember seeing this?
