I'm wondering if the Mushroom Strudel Appetizer on the site can be made ahead and frozen, and if so, would I tightly wrap it before baking and freeze, or do I have to bake it first? Also, in either case, would I thaw before finishing, and how l long would the baking time be adjusted to do you think? Thanks for your feedback.
