I'm always so hungry after I work out and it seems like I could eat everything in my kitchen!  What are the healthiest things to eat that will also satisfy my hunger???   Thanks!

My trainer says to eat with in 30 minutes of finishing your work out.  Eat protine and whole grain.  I take a protine shake and a few rosemary Triskets or some grilled chicken slices on a whole wheat torilla with mustard.  The reason.  Eat whole grain (oatmeal) and fruit I have raisons and apple, before your work out for fual to get you through it.  And Protine and whole grain to help feed your new muscels you just created and to help you recover quickly.  To lose weight YOU GOT TO EAT !  HOPE THIS HELPS.

great choices, I use a protien powder from Jay Robb which is an egg white protien powder. It has 24 grams of protien per serving- no suralose or aspartame, is lactose free, no fat or cholesterol, has 120 calories, lots of calcium (for your bones) and no sugars. I really like it because the vanilla flavor mixes with whatever fruit I want. I also add a teaspoon of green foods to up the veggie value. You can find it at most whole food or health stores or go JayRobb.com for info in your area. Its about $35 for a 24 oz can. It has about 21-22 servings. There is a suggested pre-workout Energizer of 8oz pure-water, 1 scoop of protien, 1/2 banana, mixed in blender for 30 secs. This is a good one for before the gym. You can also add a scoop to 1 cup of nonfat yogurt and 1/2 tsp. of granulated stevia or Xylitol (I like xylitol better) for a power yogurt. I add berries to the top.  I also like to mix it with green tea for a morning pick-me-up. I hope that this helps!
