    If any of you know of a better place to run or join a daily support thread, please post info about it.  I tried to make it work here, but it has been more trouble than it was worth.  Thanks, Shanette, for always being there!  Let's stay in touch somehow.

    OMG - I LOVE SparkPeople!  The site is elaborate, so it takes a while to set everything up, but it is absolutely loaded with smart articles, meal plans, fitness plans, and wonderful ways for us all to supoort and encourage each other. I still like EatBetter America's coupons and recipes though.


    I will definitely look you up Shanette!

    Hey, Shanette.  I searched SparkPeople a couple different ways, and they claim to have no SparkPage for Shanette3.  Did you set up your page yet?  What teams did you join?  The searches only came up with Shanette1 or Shannette (2 Ns).  So I sent a "SparkMail" to Shanette3.  I hope that works.
