Soup! Soup made SOLELY with vegetables and no meat, no BUTTER, nor NO grease!
replace butter, margerine, etc, with OLIVE OIL: but doi not use too much :-) when you stirr veggies, had some drops of water to the olive oli: that will prevent it from "burning" and will reduce the amount needed!
REDUCE fat quantities. Learn to replace fat by youghurt in sauces/gravy.
Bechamel sauce instead of cream.
Do not hide the flavours of food with melted cheese! enjoy the flavours.
enjoy food and eating: it's great to sit around a table with family friends and still being healthy!
