I have several favorite recipies that call for dried onion soup mixes but I do not want to use them any more because they are so high in sodium and contain MSG. Since I am not very good and developing my own recipies I am looking for some ideas that I could use as a replacement. The recipies that call for this are a meatloaf recipie and pot roast, both of which are cooked in the crockpot.
