For today my goal is to pop my YBB disc in at 10:30 and finish the whole thing. I usually make it until the core section. My abs are so weak it's embaressing to work them, LOL.
Today is also pizza day for our dinner. I buy WW dough and make my own sauce with tomato paste, olive oil & herbs. LF cheese and sauted veggies.
Gotta come up with a healthy crockpot recipe for tomorrow also, must hit my many cookbooks. I do the crockpot on Monday, but am gonna try to commit to Friday also. I work 10hr shifts on Friday, Saturday & Sunday and I need something easy to put together before I leave for my hubby and daughter to come home too and give me food for the weekends.
OT, Lisa high 5 for Disney. Our next trip is for Spring 2011. A nice extended deluxe trip, that I will NOT be watching what I eat, LOL.
