Roger S. Blumenthal
Director, Ciccarone Preventive Cardiology Center
Roger S. Blumenthal, MD, is an associate professor of medicine and cardiology, and the director of the Ciccarone Preventive Cardiology Center at Johns Hopkins University school of medicine and hospital in Baltimore. He is also chairman of the American College of Cardiology Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases Committee.
Dr. Blumenthal is on the editorial boards of the American Heart Journal, Preventive Cardiology, Journal of Women's Health, Today in Cardiology, and Cardiology Review. He also serves on the editorial board of the biocritique.com Web site. He is the editor-in-chief of the national preventive cardiology newsletter Cardiology News and Issues in the New Millennium. Dr. Blumenthal is also coauthor of the Betty Crocker Healthy Heart Cookbook.
