      <description>&lt;p&gt;There are videos also with using resistant bands. Even Wii got an active trainer program using those. I still use the ones from physical therapy to stretch. I was in a wheel chair (still use it from time to time) and could only use the bands and getting into the pool. Talk to your physical therapist. There are some great exercises that can be done. I used them for 2 years until I could do them on my own. Hang in there.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
