      <description>&lt;p&gt;Good for you on the eating better but bad on only consuming 1200 calories a day!!  The post about the correct calorie intake is correct..anywhere from 2200 to 2800 calories depending on your activity level is where you should be on your calorie consumption.  Also, the post about the 6 small meals is great advice..you will actually find yourself having a hard time eating that often at first.  Make sure to eat lots of fiber... fiber keeps you full without filling out the waistline (beans, veggies) and eat whole grains (whole wheat cereal or bread)..&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
