Tropical Banana Nut Parfaits

Tropical Banana Nut Parfaits
Recipe Tip
Breakfast Bonus
Fortified breakfast cereal is an excellent source of iron. Iron helps build red blood cells to carry oxygen through the body. Choose whole grain cereals for breakfast or as a quick snack.
Substitution
No parfait glasses? Wine glasses or slim drinking glasses work just as well.
