Bananas contain vitamin B6, also called pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 is important for digesting proteins—plus it helps to keep hair and nerves healthy.
Variation
Try different yogurt flavors and fresh fruit combinations. Strawberry or bluebery yogurt and fresh strawberries or blueberries are sure to be a hit in this easy snack.

A Cheerios® Challenge recipe! More than cereal. Turn Cheerios® cereal, yummy bananas and Yoplait® yogurt into a tasty breakfast parfait that's loaded with nutrients to start the day. From eatbetteramerica.

2bananas or other fresh fruit, sliced
1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Thick & Creamy yogurt (any flavor)
1cup Cheerios® cereal
1.In 2 parfait glasses or cups, alternate layers of bananas, yogurt and cereal.
2.Serve immediately.

This was very simple, easy, and refreshing in the morning. I have never had the banana cheerios before, so when I first tasted them, my taste buds were dancing! Enjoy and if you have kids, it's a great breakfast to get their fruit and yogurt in for the day.

Try using Fiber One yogurt. It makes it even lower in calories!

Fast & easy, this is one of my favorite Breakfasts. Best of all it tastes great with almost any fruit.
