YUM!
As a lover of all things buffalo chicken, I was skepitical that all the low fat ingredients would be tasty... It really was. The recipie was quick and easy to make, and something you can even make ahead, and just pop in the oven to cook when you want it. I will make this again!

Awesome dip!!
I made the dip for my boyfriends birthday party and well, lets just say EVERYONE loved it!! Goes great with Scoops chips and Wheat Thins!! Now my EVERYONE makes requests to have me make some. My kids, father and boyfriend all fight over the batch I make. I put it in a crock pot to keep warm. :)

Buffalo chicken dip
Love this dip! only complaint it does currtle when not hot i have made it many times now and you can definitly make it without the cheese its just as good! also i have moved it to a warm crockpot before and it helps it to not curtle i just let people scoop out of the crock pot

Buffalo Chicken Dip
I make this recipe all the time but I leave out the shredded cheese. The recipe tastes the same with or without it! :)

WHAT A HIT!!
I made this for the Super Bowl party my husband's friend was having and everyone loved it! Even my husband loved it. I was afraid it might be too salty with the hot sauce but it really wasn't. I used Frank's Redhot Buffalo sauce. You girls and guys keep up the good work with the recipes!!

Perfect for Poker Night
I made this diip for our local poker night and it was a big hit. We have lots of overweight players and the usual sausage and cheese trays just dont help, especially with the beer. But this dip served with whole grain crackers, celery and garlic crisps won everybody over and noone beleived me when I said it was actually healthy. I cooked it at home and placed it in a crock pot on warm. Stayed perfect until the last bite was gone and I made a triple batch.

Amazing dish- but a better idea is to let it stay in a crock pot and stay warm.

My friend can't eat chicken so we substituted Turkey instead and it was still fabulous. I even poured it over bowtie pasta and it was a great meal. With mini shell pasta, it was a spicy mac and cheese alternative. Love it.

Good
This was good but not fantastic. It took awhile for the heat to hit you and when then dip was out for maybe 15 mins or so it looked curdled - yuck!
