Fruits offer a host of nutrients including vitamin C to accompany their great taste. Be sure to get at least 2 to 3 servings of fruit daily.

Pick up spinach leaves and green onions in the produce department, then swing by the deli for melon and strawberries. Add our orange-honey dressing, and voilà--instant salad! From eatbetteramerica.

makes:4 servings

Dressing
1tablespoon orange juice
1tablespoon honey
1 1/2teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
Salad
3cups bite-size pieces fresh spinach
1/2cup sliced strawberries
1/2cup cubed cantaloupe
2medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
1.In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients.
2.In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients with dressing.

We just worked with what was in the refrigerater and used honeymelon and blueberries. My oldest daughter actually ate spinach.....
