The best ingredients from everyone's favorite Italian soup creates a spectacular pasta salad. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:12 servings (1 cup each)
5cups uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta (12 oz)
1can (15 oz) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
1package (3.5 oz) sliced pepperoni
4plum (Roma) tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
Freshly ground black pepper, if desired
3/4cup fat-free or reduced-fat Italian dressing
1.Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain.
2.In large bowl, mix pasta and remaining ingredients until well blended. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
