makes:8 servings (2 tablespoons each)
1/3cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/3cup fat-free sour cream
1/4cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
2teaspoons lemon juice
1teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8teaspoon pepper
1small clove garlic, finely chopped
1to 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped, if desired
1.In small bowl, mix ingredients until blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.

Caesar Dressing
This dressing is so good. I would not think it was low fat. Everyone should try this one. Thanks so much the make over.
