Did You Know?
It's the blue veins that run through blue cheese that provide the characteristic flavor—and name. Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort are all varieties that would be delicious.
Storage
We found that after 2 days, the dressing lost some flavor and texture so try to use it up within that time. If you'd like a smaller amount, go ahead and cut the recipe in half.

1/2cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1/4cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4cup buttermilk
1/3cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Few drops red pepper sauce
1/8teaspoon pepper
1.In small bowl, mix ingredients until blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.

"healthified" blue cheese dressing
Personally, I love blue cheese. I usually use it as a dip for chicken. Now that there is a better option with this "healthier for you" recipe, I'll be sure to try this one out next time I make chicken. What a great option! Blue cheese is one of my favorite dressings!
