Mixed Bean Stew
Exact same recipe as Mixed Bean Stew with Cottage Dumplings in the Betty Crocker New Choices Cookbook 1997. EXCEPT that the one in the Betty Crocker cookbook had 2 egg whites (instead of the fat-free egg prodcut) and added 1/2 cup of flour to the ingredients in the dumplings. Terrific recipe, but I did use the 2 egg whites and added the 1/2 cup flour.
