Not a family recipe
I don't like leaving a bad review, but this recipe was not very yummy. I subbed out the green peppers for all red, because I hate the taste of cooked green peppers. While I'm glad I did this, the taste was still too funky for small children. My husband and I weren't even crazy for it (mushrooms in here weren't good either :(, and I like mushrooms) and for the reaction I received with the amount of prep that I put into it, I won't be keeping this recipe :(.

Creamy, dreamy, delicious!
This was so delicious. It tasted decadent without being bad for you. I loved the addition of the peppers, I'd never had tuna casserole with peppers but it really adds to the flavor. I just wish the serving size was bigger.

Love it
This is wonderful. I made it for my husband and my Dad and I thought they were going to eat the whole casserole in one sitting!

WOW!
WOW! This was absolutely delicious! I used a little bit of bread crumbs to top it off instead of the crackers, but I imagine it would be amazing either way! My "I refuse to eat healthy" boyfriend and I both really enjoyed this!

My daughter Daphne is a very picky eater but one of her favorites is tuna. I tried this recipe and she really loved it! I added broccoli and left out the mushrooms and it was delish! My husband and my little one decided to taste it and ended up eating a plate...It is also very satisfying!

Pleasant Surprise!
I am NOT a big fan of peppers so I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe. However, after trying it I can say it is one of my new favorites. My husband and 3 year old also enjoyed it alot and asked for seconds. Tastes great as leftovers too. I am VERY happy that I left my "comfort zone" and tried something different!

Delish!
Much better than any of the other tuna casseroles I have made. And healthier too! I will definitely make again, and probably add more veggies.

FANTASTIC
I just cooked this recipe this evening and I thought that it was really good. I normally cook tuna casserole with fresh tuna but in this one you couldn't tell the difference between fresh and canned. My family thought that it was delicous and that says a lot because it is hard to get them to eat healthy.

Great Weeknight Family Dinner
This is a great recipe. It's pretty easy to prepare, and it's something different from chicken or beef, which can get pretty boring after a while. The second time I made this, I added peas, more garlic and pepper, and some sea salt. It's good both ways, my family and I preferred the second way much better though. Thank you!
