I was really excited about this, because it contains all my favorite seasonings. It was good, but it wasn't what I was hoping for. I don't know why either--except the ground coriander made a strange texture, and next time, if I make it again I will use brown sugar, and ad a little more, because the sugar did have a nice bit of carmelization.
I think this might be nice on another fish, or on chicken, but I think the salmon is too stong-flavored, and they compete with each other.
