A few simple ingredients transform yogurt into a frozen treat. From Prevention Healthy Cooking.
Prep Time:10 min
Start to Finish:5 hr 10 min
makes:4 servings

1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free yogurt (any flavor)
6oz frozen unsweetened fruit juice concentrate (half of 12-oz can)
Dash of vanilla or honey
1.In medium bowl, combine yogurt, juice and vanilla or honey. Pour into four 3-oz paper cups; freeze 1 hour or until partially frozen.
2.Insert wooden sticks into each cup and freeze an additional 4 hours or until solid.

Love these!!!
My kids, 3 years and 1 year will love eating these and cutting calories for me, I will enjoy eating them too. Yummy!!!!

I eat yogurt everyday - this is another way to get what I want and feel like it is a treat.
