Calcium, from dairy foods like milk, buttermilk and cheese can help build bones. Look for low-fat or part-skim varieties of cheese when you can.
Substitution
Try vanilla soymilk as a substitute for water or dairy milk in your favorite chai, latte and other milk-based coffee drinks.

Soymilk, yogurt and fruit whip up into a nutritious drink for two in just five minutes. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:2 servings (about 1 1/2 cups each)

1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
1 1/2cups soymilk
1cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic raspberries or fresh raspberries
1medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
1.Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

This is an excellent breakfast along with a mini whole wheat bagel, keeps you going all morning!

TOO CARBY, and SOY?
This has WAY too many carbs along with soy, which I avoid like the plague, because it slows my metabolism.
