Revel in Raspberries
Raspberries provide vitamins and minerals to foods they adorn. They make a nice red color splash in fruit salads, baked goods and party punch.
Substitution
Blueberries can be substituted for the raspberries. Mango can be substituted for the cantaloupe or honeydew.
Purchasing
When purchasing fresh berries, make sure to look the package over carefully. The fruit on the bottom shouldn’t be bruised, and the fruit should smell sweet, not musty. Store berries unwashed and loosely covered in the refrigerator.

makes:2 servings (3/4 cup each)
1cup cubed cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1cup fresh raspberries
1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free strawberry mango yogurt
2tablespoons milk
1tablespoon sugar
1.In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
