Not What I Expected
I made these brownies expecting the same texture and flavor as a traditional brownie. The flavor was good, very deep and chocolaty. The texture was very weird. Almost rubbery. Not a good substitute for the real thing. My hubby and I were pretty dissappointed.

Great with a few tweaks :)
I made these today and they were a big hit at work. I work with all men so I tweaked them a bit so they wouldn't notice they were healthy. First, I added a handful of Reese’s peanut butter chips. I couldn't get the correct Yogurt so I used Yoplait Fat Free, Very Vanilla flavor. I used one whole egg and one egg white instead of two egg whites. They took longer to cook then expected; about 30 min. I had to use 1/2 regular flour and 1/2 better for bread flour, which was fine because it just adds more protein. I probably should have added some more flour to make them less moist. I thought they were chocolaty delicious! I will be trying these again according to the recipe just to make sure :)

Just okay.
I made these because I wanted a healthy brownie and not feel guilty about eating them. I think the sugar could have been less and the chocolate more. They were good but I don't think I will be making them again.

Great Alternative!
I made a speech today in my college public speaking class abotut healthy food alternatives. I compared the normal Betty Crocker brownie mix to this one. Everyone loved it in the class! I convinced them to try healthy things! If this brownie can impress college kids and even a culinary student, it has to be good!

Good
It has a little less flavor than regular brownies, but it has to be expected considering they are healthier than regular brownies.

Easy to Make
These were so easy to make. They were pretty good for being better for you- even my brother liked them lol The only bad thing was after a few days they werent as good even after they are heated for a few seconds.

another suggestion
I've also used a mix and substituted unsweetened applesauce for most (or all) of the oil called for. Add a shot of Kahlua (or maybe some orange flavoring), undercook a bit, stash in the freezer... you have reduced fat, very fudgy brownies :)

brownie bust
These brownies really don't compare to regular brownies. They definitly taste like they are diet food, I won't be making again.

Decent
Satisfied my sweet tooth craving. I added a few semisweet chocolate chips for a tiny taste of some real chocolate bits. Not bad...but definitely not like the real thing!

not so good
The picture next to recipe is definitely not what they turn out to look like. After 30 minutes, they were still totally flat. Taste wise, they were just okay.

Brownie Bust
Definitely tasted like diet food. There was a tangy taste to them that was probably the yogurt, and a strange texture. The only good thing about them was they did have a chocolate taste, but I'm not sure that was enough to compensate for the other shortcomings. Not a keeper.
