Veggies for Vitamins
Vegetables offer a host of nutrients including vitamins A, C and folate to name a few. Be sure to get at least 3 to 5 servings of veggies daily.

Drain the vegetables well so the coating mixture stays crunchy.
Substitution
No lemon-pepper seasoning? Mix 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel.

1 1/4cups Whole Grain Total® cereal
1bag (1 lb) frozen cauliflower nuggets, carrots and pea pods
1tablespoon margarine, melted
1/2teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1.Coarsely crush cereal to measure 1/2 cup; set aside. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on bag; drain well.
2.Just before serving, in small bowl, mix crushed cereal, butter and lemon-pepper seasoning. Sprinkle over vegetables; stir to coat.
