No-Bake Cranberry Cookies
These were very good! My office mates are getting the ingredients to make some for their families. Very healthy alternative to all the junk out there. I made with no nuts and they were delicious. I would make again adding different dried fruits for a change. The cranberries are delicious!

This is a great recipe. Everyone really seemed to enjoy it especially my dad since it has sort of a caramel flavor. You can substitute any nuts you have available. I used slivered almonds, pecans and cashews. I will be making this again at Christmas.

Can you suggest a recipe without peanut butter? Would almond butter work?

I have made these cookies with different cereals and nut for years. I tried to make different food for my childern so they would eat breakfast. I is one of the hardest meals to get childern to eat.
