makes:7 cups

2cups Cheerios® cereal
2cups bite-size squares cereal (any variety)
2cups crispy corn puffs cereal
1cup raisins
1cup candy-coated chocolate candies, if desired
1cup peanuts, if desired
1.In large bowl or resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix all ingredients. (If serving to children under 4 years old, omit the raisins and peanuts.) Store tightly covered.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.

I used whatever nuts I had on hand...cashews and walnuts. I also used Multi-Grain Cheerios. This changes the nutritional information, but still a good, filling snack. I love chocolate, so it satisfied my sweet tooth but felt more healthy than eating a candy bar or brownie.

Great Pick Me Upper!
Easy to make...easy to take!! This one is great for taking on a hike and giving you the extra boost you make to finish up. I highly recommend it!
