So I followed the recipe exactly, but I added a teaspoon of Italian seasoning for some extra flavor. Great savory breakfast recipe.

Good
While it did take about 50 minutes for the pie to completely bake, it was worth it. Very good, very simple and a great way to feel the whole family with one chicken breast. I plan converting this recipe into a breakfast pie with low fat sausage and green pepper.

My fiance and I really enjoyed this dish. I added some spices to the chicken when I cooked it. Very easy, too much longer to bake than the recipe suggested.

quick and yummy
This was super easy and tasted like spoon bread or an omlet. My one comment is that it is slightly bland so you may want some more spices in it.
