Muffins
These muffins were great! I did some adjustments as well. I didn't use any berries and I used "Weight Watchers Mixed Berry" yogurt. I put them in a bundt pan and then drizzled warm frosting over the top while the cake was still warm. By the time it ran off there was a very small amount left on it so it didn't add a lot of fat. My kids ate them up and didn't even notice they were healthy!

Yummy!
I have to admit that I didn't think these would be very good. However, I made them this morning and I was in love before I even took a bite. My kitchen smelled like muffin heaven. I'll probably add in some cinnamon next time for a little more flavor (like earlier suggested). Overall, these muffins are a great treat in the morning.

Not too shabby!
I made these with some really small adjustments. I used 1 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup wheat flour. I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of wheat germ. They turned out a tad dry, but the whole family (4) gobbled them up in an hour!!!

GREAT!
I think these muffins are awesome! They don't have an overpowering bran taste that a lot of 'healthy' muffins have. I did make a couple of adjustments - I used Splenda brown sugar instead of regular and used half all-purpose flour and half-whole wheat flour. I put raspberries in mine. Will definately be making these again!

A GOOD ONE TO TRY
I loved the not to sweet taste of this muffin. I used the egg beaters product and the Brown Sugar Spenda because we have a diabetic in the home and want to reduce our sugar intake. They turned out very well. When I make these again, I will stick to the above substitutions, but will add another. Applesauce instead of oil. This is a GREAT recipe for people like me that are introducing better nutrition to their families.

I use apple sause in place of oils and for some liquids gives it a sweeter healthier taste you have to adjust the recipe a bit thanks

Very good but I did miss a little sweeter taste. My blueberries were very large and may have needed a little more sugar.

great!
I loved this. I tweaked it a bit according to all the other reviews, and the taste was amazing. Came out a little rubbery, will not stir as much and add little skim milk next time. Loved it!

Awesome
The muffins are awesome...if u follow the recipe they might taste a tiny bit bland so to spice it up and give it lots of flavor with no extra calories, I put in tons of cinammon, a dash of vanilla extract and a dash of almond extract...they taste sooo much better!

Good
They were moist and good tasting, but I felt like they were missing something. I think next time I will try raisens instead of the blueberries.

I made a batch of these muffins and I loved them they were so moist and tasty. My kids (2 and 5) liked them a lot also. I did not substitute anything and they were great. Thanks

These were very good! I used applesauce instead of oil. I also forgot to crush the cereal, so they were a little chewy in some spots! I would make them again.

This recipe needs a bit of tightening up -- I added a small handful of almond slivers and a tablespoon of vanilla extract and a sprinkling of cinnamon. I also added a bit more sugar. Very tasty recipe -- I have made my fourth batch of these!

Pretty darn Good!
These were easy to make and actually very good! My "winter blueberries" (I live in the north) carry a little less flavor, so with a more flavorful blueberry these would be excellent! Very easy to make, but watch the clock - at 400F they can brown too fast.

My morning Muffins
I just made a batch yesterday. Had my first one over breakfast this morning, with a cup of coffee from Coffee Bean. These are delicious in the simplest way! A great way to start up your day. They will definitely be part of my breakfast routine. What a refreshing break from cereals and oatmeal.
