Serving size
I would really like to try this, but somehow I'm missing the information on serving size.

I used whatever nuts I had on hand...cashews and walnuts. I also used Multi-Grain Cheerios. This changes the nutritional information, but still a good, filling snack. I love chocolate, so it satisfied my sweet tooth but felt more healthy than eating a candy bar or brownie.

Easy to make...easy to take!! This one is great for taking on a hike and giving you the extra boost you make to finish up. I highly recommend it!
