Broccoli, Pepper and Bacon Toss

Broccoli, Pepper and Bacon Toss
Recipe Tip
Be Bold with Broccoli
Vegetables like broccoli offer a host of nutrients including vitamins A, C and folate. Be sure to get at least 3 to 5 servings of veggies daily.
Substitution
Two slices of bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, can be used instead of the packaged real bacon pieces.
Did You Know?
Leftovers are just as delicious served cold as they are warm. Add a little more dressing to moisten if needed.
