Banana Nut Cheerios® cereal, Cinnamon Chex® cereal and popcorn stir up into a flavorful munchie. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:14 servings (about 1/2 cup each)
2cups Banana Nut Cheerios® cereal
1cup Cinnamon Chex® cereal
1cup fat-free small pretzel twists
1/2cup walnut halves
1egg white
1tablespoon orange juice or water
1/3cup sugar
1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
4cups popped 94% fat-free microwave popcorn (any flavor)
1cup crispy apple chips (from 2.5-oz bag), broken into pieces
1.Heat oven to 300°F. Spray large roasting pan with cooking spray or grease with shortening. In large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and walnuts; set aside.
2.In medium bowl, beat egg white, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Stir in popcorn. Spread in pan.
3.Bake 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until light brown and crisp. Remove from oven; stir in apple chips. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.

Awesome Snack
If you are a snack-aholic like me, you will really enjoy this. This covers all the bases: salty, crunchy, and sweet! I do like the apples chips, but next time I will try banana chips. I think I will like them better, and they are crunchier! I also love the fact that they are so low in calories.
