See some of the recipes here that show a serving size and this is tasty using fresh veggies, but no serving size suggested....would like to know the serving size

We didn't care for the frozen stew veggies used in the stew. I would likely use fresh veggies if I make this again. I did like the taste of the spicy V8 in the stew though.

Well, what can I say? This was a quick meal. All of it's ingredients were basically prepared already. All I had to do was add them all together, there you have it, a great meal the whole family can enjoy!

Not bad for a quick meal. I liked the hot and spicy taste of the V8. We would have it again.
