C the Strawberries
Berries, regardless of their color, provide vitamin C also called ascorbic acid. Choosing vitamin C-rich foods keeps gums and blood vessels healthy.

Very Yummy to much sugar!
All In all this is a good dessert for those who love ice cream like myself the only issue i had with it is you really only need 2-3 tblsp. of sugar for it to be sweet enough if you use strawberry flavor yogurt and you'll need only three yogurt cups not four if you use the brand stated above, all in all this recipe will definantly curve my ice cream addiction : )
