Prep Time:10 min
Start to Finish:45 min
makes:4 servings

1/4cup sliced almonds
1pint fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, slightly softened
2to 4 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
1lb ripe plums, pitted and sliced (about 4 large)
3tablespoons all-fruit grape spread
1tablespoon sugar
1.Heat oven to 300°F. Spread almonds on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool. Coarsely chop almonds.
2.In large bowl, combine frozen yogurt and ginger stirring quickly to combine. Return yogurt to freezer.
