Loved this dessert. Extremely easy to make. I tripled the recipe to make it worth dirtying the kitchen utensils. I topped mine with a blackberry.

Loved these easy dessert cups. I used strawberries and blueberries with just an extra drizzle of fat free caramel over the top. Using the strawberries and blueberries would also be great for a red, white, and blue holiday.

AWESOME.I made this for a work potluck. Several people asked for the recipe and everyone that tried it loved it. I used sugar free caramel syrup which helped to reduce the calories even more and it still had a great taste. This recipe is a keeper.
