applesauce
My friends and I made the yummy applesauce for our thanksgiving office party. We were about 25 people at the Sears Law Building in Irvine. Steven Sears Attorney gave us full use of the commercial Kitchen and all of the table settings. We really enjoyed trying all the new deserts and snacks.

I made this last night and it was very easy and tasty. The only thing I would recommend is to use large apples to help reduce the orange juice taste. Either that or maybe use less orange juice, but then I don't know if you would need another liquid.
