makes:24 bars

Bars
1box (15.3 oz) Fiber One™ apple cinnamon muffin mix
1/2cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) or unsweetened applesauce
1/2cup water
1tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1/4cup fat-free egg product or 1 egg
1/3cup raisins
1/3cup sunflower nuts
Icing
1/2cup powdered sugar
2to 3 teaspoons milk
1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, pumpkin, water, oil and egg just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Stir in raisins; spread in pan. Sprinkle with sunflower nuts.
2.Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
3.In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and enough milk for desired consistency until smooth. Drizzle over bars. Cut into bars.

Ahmazingly Delicous!(:
This dish was absoultly great. it wass quick and easy to make. but i made more icing then what it called for. instead i used 1 cup of powdered sugar.
