If you love chocolate-covered cherries, you'll adore these creamy, dreamy cherry-chocolate parfaits. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:8 servings
2containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free cherry orchard yogurt
1/2cup fat-free chocolate-flavored syrup
2tablespoons shredded coconut
1container (8 oz) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed (3 1/4 cups)
1pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced, or 3 medium bananas, sliced
1.In large bowl, mix yogurt, chocolate syrup and coconut. Fold in whipped topping.
2.Arrange layer of 1 cup of the strawberries in each of 8 dessert or parfait dishes. Top with half of the yogurt mixture. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.

I really enjoyed it. The coconut is a little out of place though. I don't think that it is necessary for the recipe.
