Though it may sound strange, this pie is very tasty and low in calories. From Prevention Healthy Cooking.

makes:8 servings
2cups prune juice
1box (4-serving size) sugar-free lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)
1/2cup frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
Curls of lemon peel, if desired
Sliced plums, if desired
1.In 2-cup glass measuring cup, microwave 1 cup of the prune juice uncovered on High about 2 minutes or until boiling,, stirring after 1 minute.
2.In medium bowl, pour boiling prune juice on gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in remaining 1 cup prune juice. Chill gelatin mixture about 30 minutes until slightly thickened. Beat in yogurt with wire whisk until blended. Pour into crumb crust.
3.Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Top each serving with a tablespoon of whipped topping, lemon curls and sliced plums.
