Mangos provide vitamin C along with great taste. Choosing the fruit over the juice gives a fiber boost too.
A delicious blend of yogurt, soymilk, mango and a touch of pineapple can take you to the tropics in minutes. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:2 servings (1 1/2 cups each)

1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt or Yoplait® Light Fat Free very vanilla yogurt
1cup mango or peach chunks
1 1/4cups soymilk
1/4cup pineapple juice
1.In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
