1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy lowfat crème caramel yogurt
1ripe medium banana, cut into chunks
1 1/4cups soymilk
1tablespoon caramel fat-free topping
1 1/2cups crushed ice
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8teaspoon ground ginger
1/8teaspoon ground cloves
1.In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

I really enjoyed making this smoothie. It is delicious and filling. My 9yrs old son loved it as well!!!
