Fiber One™ Blueberry-Banana Bread

Fiber One™ Blueberry-Banana Bread
Recipe Tip
Berrylicious
Berries can be fiber giants. Just one cup of blackberries or raspberries gives you a whopping 8 grams of fiber, one-third of your daily needs.
How-To
If you use thawed frozen blueberries, drain them on a paper towel to reduce the extra juice.
Success
Grease only the bottom of loaf pans and you'll get a nicely rounded bread top.

Could you use applesauce in place of the veggie oil in this recipe?

easy breakfast
So easy, and I love the fresh blueberries! I used one Tbsp of oil instead of two and it was still moist.
