Recipe Tip
Go for Garlic
Garlic is a phytonutrient--a plant component. It's not necessary for life, but it may have some healthful benefits and certainly adds lots of flavor!

Bean dip Review
So easy to make! Was very good with the veggies. Better very cold and the next day. Great texture. Will be trying many variations of this great base dip.
