    Hi,


    I have baked  substituting applesauce for oil. Yes you do replace the same amount of applesauce for the oil. It always works out great and my kids have no clue I changed the recipe. Enjoy!!!

    Hello everyone,


    I have been working out and watching my diet eating very low carb. I lost 4 lbs since my last post. I have been going to the gym and working out in my home. I can't wait until spring so I can go outside to exercise.  I decided to make Sunday my day off from exercise . Has anyone tried any of the recipes on this site? Let me know if you found any you liked.

    Hi all,


    Great job Melanie!!   I have lost 4 lbs. since I last posted. I have been working out and started a very low carb diet. I am eating friut and yogurt for breakfast, salad with either grilled chicken or hard boiled egg for lunch and chicken or fish with steamed veg for dinner. So far so good. My off day is Sunday. so it is whole wheat pasta and turkey meatballs today.

    Hi !


    I am ready to start losing weight  setting my goal at 20 pounds .  I have a hectic life with three children all in their teens. So there is alot of running around with their schedule.  Need motivation to stay on track!!!

    I am proud of you for trying to lose weight!  I am a mom and had my daughter start pound for pound with me. She may be close to your age!  Since it is your Mom who brings in the food and you can't control it. Why don't you eat half of the fast food she gives you . That way you are cutting your calorie intake! Also, drink water instead of soda  and hopefully its diet soda .  If you can't just drink water only add water to your soda and again cutting calories.  Do you exercise at all?  I will be glad to help you try to lose weight and have a better attitude about yourself. Remember beauty is what is inside us!! I am sure you are beautiful . Please stay in touch!!!
