Hello everyone,
I have been working out and watching my diet eating very low carb. I lost 4 lbs since my last post. I have been going to the gym and working out in my home. I can't wait until spring so I can go outside to exercise. I decided to make Sunday my day off from exercise . Has anyone tried any of the recipes on this site? Let me know if you found any you liked.
