Since the end of January of the year - I have been working out daily - with my treadmill or different excersize videos (it is COLD in Mi - too cold to walk outside!). At first I was out of breath and could not keep up - after just a few weeks - I have noticed a difference in my balance and stamina. Now I need to comtinue working out and lose the weight - I would like to lose about 20 lbs - I weigh 181 and am 5'8".
I am an empty nester - and have alot of changes in my life( no kids at home). I want to do something just for me - and I hope to be fitter and healthier in 09.
