    I do not know the accuracy of the wrist-only model because I have the monitor with the the chest strap.  When I am at a crowded gym, there can sometimes be interference with other monitors, but that usually only happens when you are closer than three feet to the other monitor (person).  If you buy a high-quality monitor, they have built in technology to cut the interference.  The brand I have is Polar.

    Eating after a work out

    I have a heart rate monitor and I use it every time I workout!  There is something motivating about seeing the number of calories I've burned.  It keeps track of my workouts (date, time, length, calories burned, % fat burned, etc.) and it is also a great way to challenge myself.  I know my AT (where the body switches from buring fat calories to sugar calories) and try to stay right under my AT for the majority of my workout (to burn the most fat) but then spike above my AT to increase cardio endurance. 


    I would definitely recommend a heart rate monitor.

    The chicken enchiladas are so yummy!  I really hope you love them as much as I do.  The healthified recipes are a great way to eat healthier while still enjoying your favorite recipes.  Let me know what you think.
