    Oatmeal for breakfast most mornings....adding 1/4 cup raisins, cranberries or blueberries. I find that I even enjoy it cold lately.....so creamy.....zap it in the mirowave just 1 minute at a time, stirring with a 2 minute total....it seems to stay with me for at least 4 hours while at work.....then it is bagel time or english muffin......orange, apple or banana break too!.....I just look at life ONE DAY AT A TIME.
